Contact support
Include the email address connected to your Jury account, your app version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords, Apple authorization codes, or other secrets.
Account and privacy
You can delete your account or guest data from the Profile tab in Jury. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, email jurybetterdecisions@gmail.com.
Reporting safety concerns
Use the menu on a poll to report inappropriate content or block its creator. For an urgent safety or moderation concern, email support and include enough information to identify the poll. Do not forward harmful images unless we specifically request them.
Content and rights notices
To report a link, preview, photo, or other content that you believe is unlawful or infringes your rights, email jurybetterdecisions@gmail.com with the poll link or ID, the specific content you are reporting, the reason for your notice, and a way to contact you. We may ask for information needed to assess the notice and will review it under our Terms and applicable law.
