Terms of Use
Use Jury with care.
Effective date: 22 September 2026
1. About Jury
Jury is a decision platform that lets people ask for opinions on photos, designs, product links, and other choices. These Terms govern your use of Jury.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Jury. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Give accurate account information and contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload or submit. You give us the permission needed to host, display, process, and share that content with the audience you choose so Jury can operate.
Only upload or submit content you have the right to use. Do not upload or submit private, intimate, misleading, unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content, content involving minors, or photographs of other people without their permission. You are responsible for the questions, answers, photos, and links you submit.
4. Links and third-party content
Jury may let you create a poll from web links. Only share links that you are allowed to share. Do not use links to distribute illegal content, infringe another person's rights, impersonate another person or business, mislead people, bypass access controls or paywalls, send spam, or direct people to harmful, malicious, or phishing sites.
To create a link preview, Jury may show the title, domain, and image made available by the linked site. The link and those details are shown only to operate your poll; they do not mean that Jury owns, endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with the linked site or its products. Linked sites and preview hosts may change, block, or remove their content at any time. You use third-party sites at your own risk and their terms and privacy notices apply.
5. Community and private sharing
Public polls are shown to eligible Jury users. Circle and Partner polls are designed for the people you select, but you should not use Jury to share information that would cause serious harm if disclosed. Do not use Jury to harass, pressure, or target other people.
6. Photo and content checks
Before a poll or profile photo is sent to an automated safety service, Jury asks for your explicit in-app agreement. Poll questions and profile names may also be checked by automated text-safety services before they are saved. These checks help enforce these Terms; they do not guarantee that every unsafe item will be detected.
7. Reporting and moderation
You can report a poll from its menu. To report an allegedly unlawful link, copyright or other rights concern, or another content issue, use the contact route in Support. We may review reports and may remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create a safety risk. We may also act where reasonably necessary to comply with law.
8. Opinions are not professional advice
Votes reflect individual opinions. Jury does not guarantee any result and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Make important decisions independently and seek qualified advice where appropriate.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, pause, or discontinue features as Jury develops. We aim to keep the service available and secure, but it may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, Jury is provided as available and we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service or reliance on another user’s opinion.
11. Contact and applicable law
For questions about Jury, contact jurybetterdecisions@gmail.com. German law applies where legally permitted.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Jury evolves. The current version and its effective date will be posted here.
